Delivery Times are dependant on your location, we have outlined them below

UK Mainland - Within 3 working days - Our aim is to deliver all UK Mainland (except Scottish Highlands) orders within 3 working days, most orders will arrive next day but this is not guaranteed. It is advised that you call the sales office if you need any items urgently to check stock availability and to ensure that we can accommodate your requirements.

Shipping Costs UK

Our shipping costs are based on the weight, the value, and the delivery destination of the goods ordered. For UK shipping, up to three options may be available as follows. 

• Collect - You able to visit us at our trade counter and collect your goods, Our address is; Unit 2, Magnet Road, East Lane Business Park
  Wembley, Middlesex HA9 7ND    
• Free Delivery - This shipping method is available for orders over £100 in value. The shipping method used is by our courier for heavier items, and by Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery. In all cases you goods should be delivered the next working day after dispatch
• Royal Mail Recorded - This shipping method is available for low weight (under 2kg), low value items. Goods are usually delivered the day after dispatch and will require a signature on delivery.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery - This shipping method is available for goods up to 10kg. Goods are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm the next working day after dispatch (Saturday and Sunday are not working days), and will require a signature on delivery.
• UK Courier - This shipping method is available for goods up to 25kg and is charged at a flat rate per parcel. Goods are usually delivered the next working day after dispatch (Saturday and Sunday are not working days), and will require a signature on delivery.
  

Returns

If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can inform us within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return the item for a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition. They should be well packed and sent to;

Faulty Goods

If you discover a fault with any of our products please contact us on; 0208 908 4488. Most 'faults' are quickly resolved via this. Where a more complicated fault exists one of our tech team will call you back to further diagnose the fault. We do this to try and prevent items being shipped back to us, and when diagnosed found to be fully working. We reserve the right to charge a test fee and shipping on any returned item when tested, found not to be faulty. For obvious defects and/or manufacturers recommendation please notify us and return the items within 14 days of delivery.
Within 14 days of purchase, if your goods are faulty we will offer a prompt replacement of the relevant components. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. A replacement will only be issued when the faulty item provided is in "as new" condition and undergone an initial technical examination. We must be notified of the fault within 14 days of purchase and proof of purchase MUST be provided. If your purchase develops a fault after 14 days and within its 12 month guarantee we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge. After 28 days you can also return your faulty goods directly to the manufacturer for repair providing them with proof of purchase. Failure to do so renders the 12 month guarantee invalid and no repair will be made.

Excel Security cannot be held responsible or compensate for items damaged in transit, or items damaged in transit and not notified on delivery.

Warranty

All new products are covered by the manufacturers 12 month Guarantee (unless stated) from the date of delivery. Some products have extended guarantees. Any damage or faults caused by accidental damage, neglect or misuse are not covered by our guarantee.

Unwanted Items

You may return unwanted items to us. Any unwanted items must be unopened, unused and undamaged. We require you ship the items back to us (at your cost), once received and the contents checked a full refund will be given, less shipping costs.
